Secondary Schools

Weald of Kent Grammar School

Tudeley Ln, Tonbridge TN9 2JP, UK – 01732 373500

When I toured round the school it seemed dull, lifeless and not memorable. A few of my friends go there and they seem happy but they say the head teacher isn’t that nice.

Going to have experience of this wonderful school, heard lots of nice and positive feedback so far. ☺

Sackville School & Sixth Form

Tonbridge Rd, Hildenborough TN11 9HN, UK – 01732 838888

I had to relocate to the UK for work. I needed to move both my daughters, one of whom were busy with GCSE's. This school went out of their way to assist my daughter in every regard. I couldn't be happier with the school, and my daughters couldn't be happier in the school.

The Judd School

Brook Street, Tonbridge TN9 2PN, UK – 01732 770880

Pretty good school. As you would expect from any school, some teachers are better than others. Having said that, throughout my time at Judd, I have been thoroughly impressed by the level of teaching and the help and guidance available from staff. The school also enjoys a strong community spirit and as you can probably tell from some of the other reviews, has a healthy rivalry with Skinners. I will definitely miss my time as a student here as I move on to uni this year.

The Judd School is a great place to learn for secondary school students. It has a brilliant reputation for its high grades and excellent teaching. I am personally a student at this school and from my experience, the teachers make well-structured lessons and are always willing to answer questions and help students excel further. However, this is surprisingly not a "sink or swim" place. The buildings and facilities are sufficient, especially the science, technology and music departments. The Judd School even allows students to use the facilities for "super-curricular" activities and competitions.

As the Head of Derwent Lodge, Schools at Somerhill, I couldn't rate it more highly. This is a wonderful school, with caring staff and incredible facilities.

A fantastic small, friendly school with a strong family atmosphere, which achieves impressive results because of its excellent teaching.

Very good school, my daughter is in YR, she is happy, safe, appreciated by her teachers and peers, and has shown a fantastic progress in her learning skills, some above the average level.
