The best team in the Kent? Probably. My experience with Ellis and Co was amazing. While we were moving from London to Tonbridge couple of years back, this team worked extremely hard to make our move as smooth as possible. We rented our property with Ellis, stayed with Ellis until we buy our new home, because of they are the best. Every one of this team is professional and friendly. Adam is special, so as Mr.Tom Perry as head of the team. During letting, during stay, during moving out, Ellis and Co's support, guidance, advice were second to none. We can't thank enough to this team for their professionalism and service. In future for any further letting or sales, we will definitely prefer Ellis and Co and would also highly recommend them to anyone planning to rent or buy property. Because they really "Do Care".
Apologies for the delay of this review!! I cannot recommend these guys enough. Rented a property in Tonbridge through them, Adam in particular and Danny made the process a much easier one than myself and my husband have had in the past. One experience in particular with a different letting agents was utterly horrendous and made us ill. So having to move yet again was something we dreaded. We were nervous and stressed through the whole process. We were looked after so well by the team here, they seemed to understand why we were feeling the way we did and offered a great deal of reassurance etc along the way. Lovely guys, utterly bonkers (which we love) and total professionals. Can't be faulted! Thankyou so much :)

From the moment I first walked into their offices I was so impressed with them. All the staff have been really helpful however I have to mention Katie and Anthony separately for the wonderful job they are doing. Katie has been excellent. She is helpful, friendly and always prompt with replying to emails or messages. I found Anthony also very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend this Estate agent.
I am pleased by the friendly, approachable and knowledgeable attitude of the team at Leaders. I live in a different part of the country from the property that I sold through Leaders and they absolutely took care of everything in my absence. They kept me up-to-date by phone and email. Their 'can-co' approach is amazing. I would like to mention Katie and Keran in particular. Their friendly support during this stressful time really made a great deal of difference

Great letting agency – highly recommended. Found excellent tenants quickly and managed whole process very professionally. Made it easy to rent out a flat in Tonbridge. Managed the communications from tenants well and arranged for maintenance/repairs to be done efficiently and with good cost control. All staff very helpful and effective – overall a well-managed letting agency.
Other agencies let us down and we ended up in BnB. Ashton Burkinshaw in Tonbridge was amazing and extremely helpful. Within a day they found us new home and we could move in within a week. We are new to Tonbridge and have found Brackets incredibly helpful with giving us local advice. Unfortunately we had to deal with another local agent previously who were awful, luckily the house we were looking to purchase was with Brackets. With each step of the purchase they have been very supportive and informative. So far I have dealt with Jamie, James and Janice and could not recommend this friendly, professional and proactive agency more highly. If we ever have to sell a property in Tonbridge I will be using Bracketts.
